So I was inspired by Zen Master Alan Watts to write a Haiku on my way to the office one recent morning. Although found out later I got my syllables wrong. Oh, well. I still like it. I guess we'll call it a faux Haiku.

Even trash abandoned
Waves gleefully to passersbys
On furious roads
